Welcome to Araliva. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Araliva website, applications, and services (the "Service"), operated by HEALINGNATIONS LLC ("Araliva," "we," "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Araliva provides educational wellness tools for people on a GLP-1/GIP journey, including nutrition awareness, body-awareness insights, habit tracking, motivational features, and educational content. Insights, scores, and projections are educational references, not medical assessments, and individual results vary.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Because Digistore24 Inc. is the Merchant of Record, your subscription is managed by Digistore24: cancel through the Digistore24 buyer portal or by contacting Digistore24 buyer support, using the order confirmation Digistore24 emailed you at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prepaid periods (e.g., annual) are not pro-rated after the guarantee window below, but you are never re-billed after cancelling. The Clarity Experience is a one-time payment and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you need help, email support@araliva.com and we will guide you through it.
Your first subscription payment and the one-time Clarity Experience purchase are covered by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If Araliva isn't right for you, email support@araliva.com within 60 days of your first subscription charge — or, for the one-time Clarity Experience, within 60 days of the date of purchase — and we will refund that payment. Limited-time founding discounts are honored for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the founding rate may no longer be available and standard pricing may apply.
Araliva is not a medical device or healthcare provider and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content and features are for educational and wellness purposes only. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in the Service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it unlawfully. Your account is personal to you.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials in the Service are owned by HEALINGNATIONS LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes to recurring billing will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
