This Privacy Policy explains how HEALINGNATIONS LLC ("Araliva," "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Araliva website and Service.
To provide and personalize the Service, generate your insights, process your subscription, support you, improve the product, keep the Service secure, and communicate with you. We rely on your consent, our contract with you, and legitimate interests as legal bases.
Some features use artificial intelligence to analyze the content you submit (e.g., a meal photo) and return an educational result. Your inputs are processed to serve you and are not sold and not used to train third-party foundation models.
Purchases are sold and processed by Digistore24 Inc., our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, under their own privacy terms. Araliva receives order confirmation and limited order details (such as your purchase and subscription status) to grant your access — never your card data.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, payment, email, analytics) under contract, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest and retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, to opt out of "sale/sharing" (we do not sell), and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@araliva.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you have opted in, we may send you marketing emails about Araliva features, education, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time, in either of two ways:
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails required to operate your account (such as receipts, sign-in links, and service notices).
We use essential cookies for the Service to function and, with your choice where required, analytics/marketing cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies via our banner or your browser settings.
The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
